  <body><![CDATA[<p>Ellen Dunham-Jones, professor of architecture and urban design at&nbsp;Georgia Tech&nbsp;and contributor to the recent study of metro Atlanta's walkUPs found that the Atlanta neighborhoods that suffered the least loss of property value during the recession were walkable intown ones. The study, led by Chris Leinberger of George Washington University's School of Business, explores how walkUPs could drive tomorrow's real estate industry and national economy by attracting young professional's to their transit-friendly and walkable design.</p>]]></body>
