  <title><![CDATA[Poverty still Atlanta's worst problem says Prof. Dobbins]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>The opportunity to make a dent in Atlanta's shameful 20 to 25 percent poverty rate is right now according to Mike Dobbins, a professor of planning at Georgia Tech's School of City and Regional Planning. The BeltLine, Fort McPherson, the Atlanta Falcons replacement stadium, and the Multimodal Passenger Terminal collectively represent roughly $5 billion in development in and around some of the city's "most neglected and ignored citizens and their neighborhoods."
