{"244301":{"#nid":"244301","#data":{"type":"news","title":"Take the Cardio-Fitness Challenge during CRC Goes Pink","body":[{"value":"\u003Cp\u003EThis challenge is FREE for any Campus Recreation Center (CRC) patron who wants to participate. There is no need for registration. Participants can begin at any point during the month by simply recording the activity and duration of the activity on an information card and placing it in one of the designated drop boxes at Main Issue Desk 1, Main Issue Desk 4 or Member Services located in the CRC.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EActivities include, but are not limited to, biking, swimming, running, strength training, fitness classes, clinics, sport clubs, intramural participation and climbing wall usage. Self-monitored activities are also acceptable. Participants will receive additional points for their time using the PINK treadmills as well as time spent using the Synrgy fitness equipment or participating in the CRC\u0027s Halloween Holla on October 31 at 7 a.m.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EActivity minutes will be tabulated throughout the month and prizes for the most minutes accumulated will be awarded at the end of the event.
