The grant is supplemental to the $1.25 million grant awarded \u0026nbsp;in 2009.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EGoodman is co-director of the Georgia Tech Information Security Center (GTISC) and the Center for International Strategy Technology, and Policy (CISTP).
