We describe a complete workflow starting with heterogeneous cancer cells that can be isolated at rapid speed by single cell depositions into 96 well plates using the newly developed flow cytometer from BD Biosciences, the BD FACSJazz\u2122. We demonstrate the use of new analytical tools such as index cell sorting that can help track those individual cells during and after sorting.
