{"212801":{"#nid":"212801","#data":{"type":"news","title":"Institute Communications\u2019 Elizabeth Campell Dies","body":[{"value":"\u003Cp\u003EInstitute Communications Client Manager Elizabeth Ruth Campell, 46, died suddenly of natural causes at her Brookhaven home on April 30.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u201cElizabeth was a great friend to our office,\u201d said Matt McLendon, director of communications for Enrollment Services. \u201cThe volume of projects she managed for us was astounding. Through her leadership, we developed a broad range of communications to prospective students that were key in helping us achieve the record number of applications we received this year.\u201d\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EA native of Martinsville, Va., Campell held a bachelor\u2019s degree in political science from Duke University and a master\u2019s degree in public relations from the University of Georgia. She was a member of the Georgia Tech staff for a total of nearly 20 years.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EOn May 5, a funeral service was held at Dressler\u2019s Jewish Funeral Care. Campell is survived by her husband, Kevin Gosnell, and son, Mitchell.
