Configurations is the flagship journal of the Society for Literature, Science, and the Arts, and this special issue features leading scholars in both science and science fiction studies, including LMC faculty members Ken Knoespel, Kathleen Ann Goonan, and Jason Ellis. The issue also includes an interview conducted by Yaszek and Davis with Robinson about science fiction as "science's conscience."
