198521 news 1363016252 1475896428 <![CDATA[New CERT Class Begins March 28th]]> The Georgia Tech Office of Emergency Preparedness is once again holding a Campus Emergency Response Team (CERT) class for any Georgia Tech students, faculty or staff.  This free training covers basic first aid, light search and rescue, disaster psychology, emergency preparedness and more.  Attendees who complete the course (all 4 classes) receive their own CERT emergency response bag.  The class is taught on four consecutive Thursday evenings, culminating with a disaster drill for attendees to verify their training. 

TRAINING SCHEDULE: (All classes are from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM)

Note: You must plan to attend each of these sessions to complete the course.
