Be in good academic standing with Georgia Tech\u003Cbr \/\u003E2. Be in status with your F-1 or J-1 visa\u003Cbr \/\u003E3. Be an active member of a cultural\/nationality club at Georgia Tech\u003Cbr \/\u003E4. Hold at least one leadership position on campus\u003Cbr \/\u003E5. Attend at least one leadership seminar or conference while at Georgia Tech\u003Cbr \/\u003E6. Participate in at least one community service\/service learning opportunity\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EHow to Apply: \u003C\/strong\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EAll F-1 and J-1 students have access to the iStart portal (\u003Ca href=\u0022http:\/\/iStart.gatech.edu\u0022 target=\u0022_blank\u0022\u003EiStart.gatech.edu\u003C\/a\u003E). Applicants should login into iStart and complete the e-form entitled \u0022International Student Leadership Award Application and Recommendation\u0022\u003Cbr \/\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003C\/strong\u003EPlease note: the application is not complete until the faculty\/staff member submits his\/her electronic recommendation. Printed recommendation letters will not be accepted. Both parts of the application must be submitted by the deadline.
