Her talk highlights how established (Quebec, Ontario, British Columbia) and\u0026nbsp;emerging (Atlantic Provinces) bioscience regions treat two critical areas,\u0026nbsp;risk finance and skill development, differently and with surprising results.\u0026nbsp;In addition, the presentation emphasizes that while established and emerging\u0026nbsp;bioscience regions face different opportunities, both have room to develop\u0026nbsp;through different types of innovation.
