The fellowship, which covers tuition and fees and includes a yearly stipend, totals $84,000 over two years.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EPrior to Tech, Nate Hoelzel managed Cleveland, Ohio\u2019s, industrial-commercial land bank and brownfield redevelopment programs.
