Luke\u0027s last day\u0026nbsp; with the Institute will be Tuesday, December 4, 2012.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EG. Travis Wagner\u003C\/strong\u003E, program specialist in the Office of Leadership \u0026amp; Civic Engagement, will be leaving Georgia Tech for a position in his chosen field. A recent Tech alumnus, Travis will embark on a position as a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton in the Atlanta office. His first project will be at the CDC, working in an infectious diseases lab. Travis\u0027 last day will be Thursday, December 6.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ENadine Robinson\u003C\/strong\u003E has started her new role as administrative professional senior in the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs. Nadine brings to the position 16 years of administrative support experience from three different collegiate settings; with her most recent experience in the Georgia Tech Counseling Center since August of 2006.\u0026nbsp; Nadine received the Georgia Tech Student Affairs Award of Excellence in 2009.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EJoan Roeber-Jones\u003C\/strong\u003E has accepted the position of director of development for Parent Giving and Student Affairs. Joan brings to us more than 20 years of experience working in development positions at the University of Georgia. In her new role, Joan will manage a national portfolio of identified parent major and principal gift prospects. She will lead Student Affairs development efforts focused on key philanthropic initiatives of the Division, working with regional and unit Development colleagues to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward prospects for these priorities. Lastly, she will provide oversight and guidance for management of the annual Parents Fund.
