Kirk Bowman, PhD, will introduce the award-winning Brazilian film, "Elite Squad 2," by discussing the evolution of Rio de Janeiro.

Dr. Bowman is an Associate Professor and Director of Undergraduate Programs in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs. He is also director of the 2013 Study Abroad Program in Buenos Aires, Montevideo, and Rio de Janeiro as well as the author of Peddling Paradise: The Politics of Tourism in Latin America.
