163951 news 1350898358 1475896382 Dr. Barbara Lynch has just returned from Lima Peru, where she held the Alberto Flores Galindo Visiting Professor Chair in the Social Sciences Department at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Peruana.  In addition to conducting research on water governance in Peru, Lynch taught a graduate seminar on Water and International Development and assisted with the design of a new master's program in the public administration of hydraulic resources.
