Do you have an interesting, unique, fun, or informative map you want to show off? Or what about a poster highlighting the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in your studies or research? Or are you a professor that knows of students working on GIS related projects?
If so, Georgia Tech's Center for GIS and Student Planning Association are hosting a GIS Day map and poster competition to highlight the skills of the university's students. Please participate and help promote GIS across campus! The categories include:
A winner from each category will receive a prize.
The competition will be held on Wednesday,November 14, 2012, in the College of Architecture's East Building 2nd floor gallery space between the City Planning offices and the Dean's office. Time details include:

Maps and posters can be 36" x 48"or smaller.
