Campus Recreation is excited to announce that we went live this month with the Campus Recreation Center secret shopper program. In our efforts to enhance customer service to our members, a secret shopper program was developed to uncover strengths and areas of improvement. We are currently recruiting additional Georgia Tech staff to participate as secret shoppers.
