  <body><![CDATA[<p>Prof. Matthew Shair, Harvard University</p><p><em><strong>Natural Products Reveal Cancer Cell Dependencies and New Therapeutic Targets</strong></em></p><p>School Colloquium</p><p>The lecture will describe our discovery that a collection of natural products that potently inhibit proliferation of cancer cells target the oxysterol-binding proteins OSBP and ORP4L. This provides the first evidence that cancer cell survival is highly dependent on oxysterol-binding proteins.
