As such, he has testified before legislative committees\nin the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom and has commented\nfrequently on television and radio about legislative matters and policy questions.\nHe has appeared on Nightline, CNN, BBC, NPR, Four Corners, and GloboNews, among\nothers.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\n\n\u003Cp\u003EMr.\nBaker is a Senior Fellow at the Center for International Policy in Washington,\nD.C., where he studies the linkages between corruption, money laundering, and\npoverty.
