Common types of IP include patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights. This seminar introduces students to various types of IP, focusing on the characteristics of each type, differences among them, and what protection applies to each. Examples and Q&A will be used to help students understand the differences and IP protection processes. Useful hand-outs will be included.
