<![CDATA[VWR sponsors School of Biology Departmental Seminar Series]]>
VWR, a major vendor for reagents, supplies and equipment for the School of Biology, has generously donated $5,000 to improve the quality of this year's departmental seminar series. The funds will be used for snacks at each seminar, and also to sponsor a âVWR distinguished colloquium" and a "postdoctoral award for scientific excellence in experimental biology" in spring 2011.
