The School of Biology at Georgia Tech hosted a workshop on Computational Genomics & Transcriptomics from Dec 6th-Dec 10th. The workshop brought together students and faculty from Colombia with Tech's own Biology and Bioinformatics students and faculty to engage on a pair of specific projects in Genomics & Transcriptomics. The workshop had a hybrid model with faculty and student talks in the mornings followed by student- run bioinformatics tutorials and lab sessions in the afternoons (Mon â" Thu). Friday featured a keynote address by Dr. Mark Borodovsky and a Bioinformatics student poster session.]]>
