More Quake-Forecasting Devices on the Sea Floor

Andrew Newman, assistant professor in Georgia Tech's School of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences, has a comment in the journal Nature this week. The monitors are expensive, Newman says, but the costs can be driven down if the will is there.
