Free R.I.P.P.E.D. Xtreme Demo

The CRC is hosting a free demo of its R.I.P.P.E.D. Xtreme class. This Xtreme class is the ultimate workout for those who want to push their fitness to the next level. Functional training, cardio challenges and intervals will challenge your body in a way you cannot imagine. Maximize strength, cardio and flexibility through a variety of workout formats.

During the full-term class, each week will challenge the body and mind in a new and different way. Track your progress with pre and post body composition testing. Get RIPPED this summer!

Try the demo and then sign up for Summer Session 2, June 23 – July 21.

  • Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, 6:15 – 7 p.m.
  • Location: Monday, Tuesday: Fitness Desk by Rock Wall, Thursday: Studio A
  • Cost: GT Students $110, GT Faculty & Staff $125 (includes drop-in fitness pass!)
    OR $5 (GIT FIT/RIPPED Xtreme Members) $8 (non GIT FIT/RIPPED Xtreme Members) for drop-in Saturday Class
