• Akissi Stokes: Co-Founder + CEO, WUNDERgrubs

She never thought growing up on her grandfather's farm would now become her life's mission. Except she traded in cows for micro-livestock - insects to be exact. Akissi believes the sustainable farming of insects as a healthy, affordable, and accessible source of alternative protein for food, feed, and fertilizer unlocks the potential to help us regenerate natural resources and re-imagine more resilient food systems that feed more people, responsibly.  

• Jerry Griffin: Manager, Global Sustainability, Delta Air Lines

Jerry Griffin is a member of Delta’s Global Sustainability team where he leads the development of the airline’s sustainability agenda and manages strategic partnerships. Before joining the Global Sustainability team, Jerry served the Airport Customer Service and Cargo Divisions as chief of staff for the leader of those divisions. Prior to joining Delta in 2019, Jerry worked for McKinsey & Company where he was a part of their North American Banking and Payments Practice. While there, his work was focused heavily on commercial banking pricing, marketing, and sales.

• Patrick Pittaluga: Cofounder and COO, Grubbly Farms 

Patrick Pittaluga is cofounder and COO of Grubbly Farms, a startup producing sustainable insect-based animal feeds. At Grubbly Farms, Patrick overseas sales, marketing, finance, and new product development. Patrick started Grubbly Farms with his cousin Sean Warner while at Georgia Tech where he graduated from Scheller College of Business.
