University System of Georgia Announces One-Time Bonuses Coming This Spring

Last Friday afternoon, Chancellor Steve Wrigley of the University System of Georgia (USG) announced that in alignment with a recent announcement made by the governor, lieutenant governor, and speaker of the House, full-time system employees making less than $80,000 a year will receive a one-time $1,000 bonus this spring.
“We are delighted that theses bonuses are being extended to USG employees,” said President Ángel Cabrera. “We are grateful for our hard-working employees and their commitment during these challenging times.”
