The Atlanta Global Studies Center (AGSC) and the Center for Latin American and Latinx Studies (CLALS) present a three-part moderated web series on Social Justice and Human Trafficking.

In the second webinar of the series, Monica Khant, Executive Director of the Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network, and Ouleye Ndoye, Former Senior Human Trafficking Fellow for the City of Atlanta Mayor's Office present "Assisting the Most Vulnerable."

Goals of the series are to:

  • educate the public, including faculty, students, and community members about realities of human trafficking 
  • discuss current challenges, trends, and/or successes
  • describe specific needs for research, training, service, etc.
  • provide opportunities for the audience to get involved and stay involved throughout the coming year
  • consider ways to foster collaborative cross-sector partnership 
  • build community that will re-convene in person at the AGSC symposium in April 2021
