Heartfulness is a meditation that is practiced internationally. It is an essential practice, whether one is looking to relax and relieve stress, or to live with more purpose and joy. Practice is open to all Georgia Tech students, but guests of all ages are welcome. No equipment required. Journal or Notes App recommended.
