SKY at Georgia Tech invites you to discover Yoga!
In this amazing session, we will discover yoga beyond just physical exercise. We will unravel how Yoga is a way to unite the mind, body and spirit through a combination of asanas (yogic stretches), breathing exercises and meditation. We explore how Yoga helps us develop "Skill in Action" and reduce stress, anxiety and depression leading us to a relaxed, productive and joyful state of mind.We will be serving refreshments as well.
