Hello, summer it is so nice to see you again on the Georgia Tech campus. This June spend time finding ways to incorporate the outdoors into your workouts and enjoy the warm weather before it turns hot!  Find your passion or next job with the Campus Recreation Complex (CRC) and find out what is going on all month long!

Applications Open for Fall student Hiring! If you are a Georgia Tech student looking for your next on-campus job the CRC is looking for you. With over 300 student staff the CRC provides a fun and flexible environment for you to earn resume building meta-skills and connect with other Tech students.  Learn about all open positions and hear from current student staff at the July 9th hiring expo. Currently hiring for lifeguards. Spend your summer by the pool as a CRC lifeguard. We are accepting applications all semester for lifeguards! Both already certified and not yet certified applicants are eligible to apply. Got to crc.gatech.edu/lifeguard to learn more and apply today.

If sports are your calling summer intramural registration opens this month. Intramurals provide students, faculty, and staff the opportunity for competition and fun in a variety of team and individual sports activities. Registration opens June 25th for sand volleyball, and 4 v 4 soccer. Register at crc.gatech.edu/intramural.

Adventure awaits! Outdoor recreation offers a variety of trips and gear rentals throughout the month of June. Trips include backpacking, vertical caving, cascading, rock climbing, kayaking, and mountain biking. All trips include gear rental, instructions, and transportation, not to mention an expert guide to take you on the journey. These trips are available to all Georgia Tech students, faculty, staff, and alumni. You can also venture out on your own with equipment rentals at the Wilderness Outpost. Cool off with indoor swim lessons. The CRC offers instructional swim programs for both members, and non-members. Classes are available for children, minimum age of five years, and adults. If you are new to this sport swim lessons are a great way to build up your stamina, learn the different strokes, and most importantly get comfortable in the water. Throw your next pool party at the CRC. Start your summer early with a CRC pool party. Party reservations include full use of the Crawford Pool, adjacent locker rooms, spa, current channel, water slide and lap lanes in accordance with pool rules. In addition, lifeguard supervision, life jackets, toys, tables and chairs are provided during all pool party reservations. For more information check out crc.gatech.edu/parties.

In addition to all of the above, the CRC is a world-class facility offering aquatics programs, fitness classes and programs, competitive sports, and outdoor recreation all semester long.
