New Student Refund Process Requires Action

Georgia Tech is changing its process for issuing direct deposits to students. Beginning July 1, 2019, Tech will only process direct deposits for students who have an eRefund profile established in the Student Payment Portal. The new eRefund process is managed directly through the Student Payment Portal, making it easier and more convenient. An eRefund profile means not waiting for a check in the mail or seeing when a direct deposit was issued.

Students who previously signed up to receive refunds via direct deposit from Georgia Tech will need to sign up using this new method. Log on to your Student Payment Portal and sign up for eRefunds today! If you have questions, visit our website or contact bursar.ask@business.gatech.edu.
