Abstract:
In this proposal, several millimeter-wave power amplifier (PA) design innovations are presented to address the PA challenges by using the proposed harmonically tuned PA output network. The proposed silicon-based PA designs can achieve high efficiency, wide bandwidth and ultra-compact size simultaneously for future 5G communication applications.
