RCE Greater Atlanta Research Roundabout for Faculty

Primary tabs

This event aims to help build bridges among faculty at Atlanta-area universities who work in the general area of sustainable cities and communities (United Nations Sustainable Goal #11). We are asking faculty to make 2-minute presentations about their sustainable cities relevant research. If you are doing research in this area and would like to present, please plan a 2-minute presentation (approximately 300 words) with one accompanying slide. Submit your slide to Michael Black (seawater@gsu.edu) by Monday, September 10 at the latest. Please include with your submission your name and title, as an introductory slide will precede your presentation. Presentations will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Following the series of presentations, still within our 3-5pm timeframe, we will converse and network at Torched Hop Brewing Company, located at 249 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, a short walk from Southface. Come and meet future collaborators and co-PIs.

This series is made possible through the support of the network members of RCE Greater Atlanta. The United Nations Regional Center of Expertise on Education for Sustainable Development brings together multi-sectorial and interdisciplinary networks to help create solutions to sustainability challenges through dialogue, education, and learning.
