First-year FASET 6 and FASET 7 participants may pick up room keys and move into their Fall 2018 rooms as indicated below:

• FASET 6 may move in on Saturday, August 11, 2018.
• FASET 7 may move in on Monday, August 13, 2018.

     East Campus – Pick up your room keys at the East Community Housing Office 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

     West Campus – Pick up your room keys 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Fitten Hall.

Georgia Tech Housing welcomes all new first-year students to move into their rooms on August 16 and 17, 2018. We encourage you to take advantage of the early move-in on Thursday and Friday so that you can settle in and fully participate in all the welcoming events on campus. Pick up your room keys according to your residence hall location.

East Campus

• Thursday, August 16, 2018 at East Community Housing Office 8:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.
• Friday-Sunday, August 17-19, 2018, at East Community Housing Office 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.

 West Campus

• Thursday, August 16, 2018 at Fitten Hall 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.
• Friday, August 17, 2018, at Fitten Hall 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday, August 18-19, 2018, at West Community Housing Office 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.

Students have the option to pick up their room keys and move in Monday – Wednesday, August 13-15, 2018. If you are not in FASET 6 or FASET 7 and choose to move in early, there will be a $75 per night per student additional charge made to your Bursar account.  Picking up room keys is considered checking in regardless if a student is simply getting keys, dropping off belongings, or spending the night.

     East Campus – Pick up your room keys at the East Community Housing Office 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

     West Campus – Pick up your room keys 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Fitten Hall.
