Overcoming the Stressors of Perfectionism and Procrastination

Perfectionism and procrastination are key ingredients in the recipe for stress and inefficiency. In this workshop, participants will learn some strategies for overcoming perfectionism and for putting an end to procrastination, thereby decreasing their overall stress.

The Counseling Center, which is located on the second floor of the Smithgall Student Services (Flag) Building, also offers consultations for individual and groups; individual, group, and couples counseling; crisis services; testing and assessment; and many other services and programs.
