How the U.S. Limits Voter Participation

In recognition of Constitution Day, Prof. William Winders, School of History,Technology, and Society will be presenting "Locked out? How the United States Limits Voter Participation", at 2:00pm, in the library's Neely Lobby room.

This talk will explore voting from a historical perspective including current issues such as voter ID laws.
