Bicycle Safety Class

The Georgia Tech Police Department in conjunction with Parking and Transportation Services will be hosting a beginner's bicycle safety class from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, March 4, at GTPD. The class is free and attendees will be eligible for giveaways such as helmets, lights, etc. Topics will include how to share the road, general bicycle maintenance, bicycle laws and basic riding skills and drills. Participants must bring their own bike and know how to ride. They should also bring water and/or snacks for the four-hour session. In the event of rain, the class will be moved to March 11 at the same time.
