Margaret Kosal was a guest (October 10, 2008) on the public radio program, "Homeland Security Inside and Out" (Texas A&M University and KAMU 90.9 FM) and addressed the policy issues to reduce the threat of WMD terrorism.

Dr. Dave McIntyre, director of the Integrative Center for Homeland Security at Texas A&M, says: "While evaluations of our efforts in nuclear and biological prevention and response were generally at the "C" level or below, efforts to counter chemical terrorism garnered an encouraging "B-" in the final report. That analysis was written for the Partnership for A Secure America by Dr Margaret Kosal of Georgia Tech."
