College of Management Dean and chair of the Georgia Tech Provost and Executive Vice President search committee Steve Salbu has named the second finalist candidate who will visit campus in the coming weeks.

Dr. Susan Hackwood, executive director of the California Council on Science and Technology and professor of electrical engineering at the University of California-Riverside, will visit the Tech campus to discuss her vision on May 6 and 7.

A public presentation is scheduled for Thursday, May 6, at 11 a.m. in room 236 of the Global Learning and Conference Center. Faculty and staff are invited to attend an informal reception with the candidate following the presentation.
