Library Seeks Input Through National Survey

Primary tabs

A random sample of faculty and students will receive an e-mail from Dean of Libraries Catherine Murray-Rust inviting them to take an upcoming survey for the Georgia Tech Library.

The Library will participate in the LibQUAL+ Survey, an important, national initiative to improve library service. Beginning in mid-February, a random sample of undergraduate students, graduate students and faculty members will be invited to participate in the survey. Survey participants will have an opportunity to receive a one of numerous prizes (the grand prize is a choice of the following: Netbook, iPod Touch, XBOX 360, Wii, Kindle, or Flip MinoHD).

Survey responses will help library administrators gauge the attitudes of users plus the overall level of satisfaction with the library’s’ services. Participation in this 5-minute survey is voluntary and responses are completely confidential.
