Title:  System-level Variation-aware Aging Simulator using a Unified Novel Gate-delay Model

Abstract: The objective of the proposed research is to develop a Statistical Static Timing Analysis (SSTA) framework, which achieve accurate and efficient estimations of circuit-delay distributions considering the Process-Voltage-Temperature (PVT) variations and different aging mechanisms. The proposed framework incorporates novel gate-delay models using the multivariate adaptive regression splines (MARS) method, and is to bridge the gap between device aging models and system-level timing performances using the novel MARS-based gate-delay models.
