Next Billion People Online Will Get Odd Versions of the Internet

Tech giants are racing to extend internet access to large parts of the developing world. But will people get the digital experience they expect? A new project -- "Cuba Intercambio" by Georgia Tech's Michaelanne Dye, Annie Anton and Amy Bruckman from the School of Interactive Computing -- is helping Cubans freely access information until acces and broadband becomes more widely available.
