The YesPlus Retreat is a dynamic 20-hour workshop, designed to give you tools to excel in personal and professional life through simple yet powerful holistic techniques involving yoga, meditation and breathing techniques. These help to lower stress levels which implies significant increase in focus, clarity, creativity, time management, and productivity. The workshop is geared towards overall transformation by making us utilize our full potential.

The highlight of the workshop is a breathing technique called Sudarshan Kriya Yoga (SKY), which has been scientifically proven to reduce stress, detoxify the body, enhance creativity and increase brain activity. This is complemented by practical life skills which help in improving social connectedness, interpersonal relationships and community service.

Dates - 23rd to 27th October

Timings - Weekdays 6:30p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Weekends 10a.m. to 4p.m.
