AE student David Miculescu has been selected for the 2012 Sigma Gamma Tau (SGT) Southeastern Regional Award. SGT is the American honor society in Aerospace Engineering. The society identifies and recognizes outstanding aerospace engineering students for their accomplishments and excellence. SGT also seeks to foster a high standard of ethics and professional practice and create a spirit of loyalty and fellowship. There are 6 university chapters in the Southeastern Region of SGT (University of Central Florida, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, University of Florida, Florida Institute of Technology, Georgia Institute of Technology and North Carolina State University).
