LMC professor and Director of Undergraduate Studies Lisa Yaszek has been accepted to the Higher Education Resource Services (HERS) Leadership Institute at Bryn Mawr for summer 2014. This two week immersion program gives women in higher education the opportunity to acquire the skills they need to return to their respective campuses and assume senior leadership positions throughout the ranks of faculty and staff. As such, it is very much part of the 20th and 21st century feminist project to achieve equality and excellence in higher education.
