Web Design - Crash Course: Wordpress

This beginning workshop introduces the student to various tools used for Website Design.

Get some hands on time with this professional software!

This course is tailored for complete beginners with no website design experience.

Topics may include:

  • Adobe Dreamweaver CS5
  • Wordpress Joomla and other open source alternatives. 

In this 90 minute workshop, we will familiarize you with the software interface & discuss basic  features.

The student should leave the workshop with a basic familiarity of how the software is set up.

Working with Text, links ,images and background layouts and themes are some of the basics covered.We will also discuss resources for discovering more information on open source web design alternatives.
