"Leading Change: RUE(are you ready)?" is the theme for the National Logistics & Distribution Conference (NLDC) celebrating its 10th Anniversary, April 14-16, 2014 at the Georgia Tech Hotel & Conference Center and Georgia Tech Global Learning Center in Atlanta, Georgia. As a premier educational summit for senior-level, supply-chain executives, NLDC will offer three educational modules addressing imminent challenges and changes facing supply chain leaders from all industries.

NLDC is pleased to announce that Jon Gordon will deliver the opening keynote address. Gordon’s best-selling books and talks have inspired readers and audiences around the world. His principles have been put to the test by numerous NFL, NBA, and college coaches and teams, Fortune 500 companies, school districts, hospitals and non-profits. He is the author of The Wall Street Journal bestseller The Energy Bus, The No Complaining Rule, Training Camp, The Shark and The Goldfish, Soup, The Seed and his latest The Positive Dog. Gordon and his tips have been featured on The Today Show, CNN, Fox and Friends and in numerous magazines and newspapers.

NLDC’s Board of Advisors assist in developing the annual conference’s theme, tracks and session topics relative to current supply chain challenges, trends and innovations; and with reviewing and selecting speakers. Members of the NLDC Board of Advisors include Brent R. Beabout, senior vice president of supply chain for Office Depot in Boca Raton, Florida; Rick D. Blasgen, president and CEO for the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals in Lombard, Illinois; John J. Coyle, director of corporate relations for the Center for Supply Chain Research and professor emeritus of logistics and supply chain management for Penn State University in University Park, Pennsylvania; Rob Dugas, vice president of supply chain for Chick-fil-A, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia; and Gough Grubbs, senior vice president of logistics/distribution for Stage Stores in Houston, Texas.

NLDC 2014 is hosted by Georgia Tech’s Supply Chain & Logistics Institute, recognized as a leader of supply chain and logistics education. The conference is produced by Peach State Integrated Technologies known for providing end-to-end, supply chain and material handling systems consulting, engineering, implementation and integration services to a broad spectrum of supply chain leaders.
