The Wesleyan Faculty Fellows program is designed to give one year of guidance, training, and experience to recent college graduates considering teaching as a career.  The Fellows Program provides individuals having little or no prior relevant teaching experience with the opportunity to develop teaching skills in a supportive environment in which they are given a great deal of responsibility and independence.

The Fellows program includes a salary, housing, and access to medical, dental, life and long-term disability insurance plans.

Georgia Tech students have participated in the Faculty Fellows program and also gone on to become full-time teachersa at the school.
