This workshop is intended as the first of a series to introduce resources for doing research at the graduate level.  Learn about essential databases for research in all disciplines. 

Topics covered include the following:

  • Using the Library Catalog
  • Using research guides to find resources selected by the Library's subject librarians
  • Finding the best databases for your topic
  • Identifying the best journals
  • Essential databases for all graduate students
  • Using social media to find comments on recent research
