Realizing a Sustainable Tomorrow Through Transformative Innovation

Tomorrow will be what we design it to be. Currently, we are on an unsustainable trajectory but through the use of transformative innovation we can move to a sustainable trajectory. Through the use of the Principles of Green Chemistry and Green Engineering, tremendous advances are being made to technologies that are both environmentally friendly and economically profitable. In addition, this lecture will discuss how sustainability science informs and defines the current laboratory research in Yale's Center for Green Chemistry and Green Engineering.
