CRC Goes Pink: Cardio-Fitness Challenge

This challenge is FREE for any CRC patron who wants to participate.  There is no need for registration.  An individual can begin at any point during the month by simply recording the activity and duration of the activity on an information card and placing it in one of the designated drop boxes at Main Issue Desk 1, Main Issue Desk 4 or Member Services.

Participants will track the minutes that they are engaged in physical activity in the CRC or any sport/fitness event sponsored by the CRC.  Activities include, but are not limited to, biking, swimming, running, strength training, fitness classes, clinics, sport clubs, intramural participation and climbing wall usage.  Self-monitored activates are acceptable.  Participants will receive additional points for their time using the PINK treadmills as well as time spent using the new Synrgy fitness equipment or participating in the CRC's Halloween Holla on October 31, 2012 at 7am.

Activity minutes will be tabulated throughout the month and prizes for the most minutes accumulated will be awarded at the end of the event.
